MENTORSHIP DETAILS

ONE-ON-ONE MENTORSHIP

This mentorship is here to help you identify your goals, create a plan, and tackle them together. I want to link arms with you and go on this journey together so you feel confident and supported in tackling what’s next. Here’s how we do exactly that…

NO. 1 - FOUNDATION CALL

Our first call is just as it’s titled… to set the foundation for the entire mentorship. No business is one size fits all, so why would the mentorship be that way? I want to know exactly what you need, what are your pain points, where do you want to go, what do you want to be when you grow up, what are your hopes and dreams?? We’ll cover these things as well as these awesome topics.

  • who are you? what makes you tick? what’s your enneagram? what’s your astrological chart look like? (yep… I do that for you for real.) I want to know YOU!

  • the current condition of your business whether you are in the launching phase or ten years in, I want the dirt!

  • what are the departments of your business? if your’e a photographer, what do you want to shoot the most?

  • your expectations for working with me. what do you hope to get out of this?

  • your goals… both professional and personal I need to know exactly where you want to go. and, if you’re not sure yet… that’s ok! we can figure it out together

  • what’s on the horizon? what’s your timeline?

  • what gets you excited about your business? what is it that makes you feel like you’re not working when you’re actually putting in 12 hour days?

NO. 2 - MONTHLY MEET UP

Monthly calls are VITAL to your success in the mentorship. They are our touch points. They are two-hour windows where we cover all the ground and dive deep into your progress, goals, and homework, as well as current challenges and successes in your business. Every month we will cover a different topic for growth and expansion based on the needs established in our Foundation Call and I will give you homework to complete before our next call. Fun, right? Homework usually isn’t fun, but this stuff will be… promise.

NO. 3 - WHATSAPP RAPID FIRE

Sounds exciting, right? Well, it is! This option gives you immediate access to me any time you need me. Well… within reason, of course… I do have other things going on from time to time. So, as much as you ARE for sure my number one priority, it may take me a few minutes to get back with you. I promise to always get back with you within a window of no more than 36 hours though. (unless I’m on vacation, ill, or in the midst of crisis… but you’ll always know about those issues should they arise).

What types of things should you hit me up on WhatsApp for? Great question! Quick things.. things that won’t take super long answers. Send me voice texts for questions about a client issue. Send me a photo you’re not sure about for a fast critique. Screenshot your website that you’re working on to ask if this photo or this one looks better for your About Me page. See… things like this. Leave the BIG things for our monthly calls. And, if you’re not sure if it’s a good questions for WhatsApp or Monthly Meet Up, then I’ll for sure tell you.
